Welcome to the Optima Europe fitness conference. Despite the new technologies and trends that we all need to follow, we should not lose the importance of personal contact, communication and energy exchange.

This is the first event in this part of Europe, with the goal of keeping up with the latest trends, exchanging ideas and connecting with one another. It’s our duty to provide you with the best education and tools that will enable you to further develop and succeed. Because the world really needs you!

Lectures and workshops follow the latest research in the field of fitness. Lecturers are University Professors, Master Trainers, Nutritionists, Marketing Experts…

The event lasts for 3 days and includes 48 workshops. There will be 4 workshops at the same time. You can choose which one out of these 4 you will attend. All the lectures will be recorded, and you will have access to them for a month after the conference, which means that even those workshops or lectures that you didn’t attend live, you will have an online access to after the conference.

Injuries and absences from the court, entails problems in various aspects of the competition and training process - both for the player and for the team. In desire for returning to the court as soon as possible happens to skip some steps in the process of returning from ACL injury. The last step, which follows practically when the recovery in the medical sense is over, is to return to sporting form and play at the level from before the injury. Only in that case it can be said that the entire recovery process was successfully carried out.The lecture will discuss about important aspects of recovery and successful return to competitive sporting form. Everything will be accompanied by examples from the decades-long experience in training and rehabilitation of athletes in various sports across all levels, including Vasilije Mićić, MVP of the Euroleague.
