work the model to make it work for you and the clients you serve! This can’t miss session will explore
the concepts of periodization, progressive overload, and the General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS) as
they relate to the evidence-based OPT™ model. Although it offers structure, the creative freedoms
OPT™ allows when designing a program—while still leveraging the scientific principles it’s based
on—will be highlighted, and practical examples of how to apply this information with a wide-range of
client-types will be reviewed to keep training fun, minimize boredom, maximize results, and keep your
book of business full.
